No reputable visa agency can guarantee visa approval — the final decision rests with the embassy. However, we ensure your application is complete, well-documented, and presents the strongest possible case.
Most visa applications require a valid passport, completed application form, recent passport photographs, bank statements, proof of accommodation, return flight tickets, and a cover letter. Requirements vary by country — check our individual country pages for specifics.
Most embassies require bank statements from the last 3–6 months. They should show consistent income and savings sufficient to cover your travel expenses.
Most embassies require either a confirmed booking or a dummy ticket (flight reservation). Some embassies — like the US — do not require flight bookings before the interview.
Most countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay. If your passport is expiring soon, renew it before applying for a visa.
Processing times vary by country and season. eVisa destinations like Kenya and Ethiopia take 2–5 days. Embassies like the US, Canada, and UK can take 4–8 weeks or more. We recommend applying early — at least 6–8 weeks before your travel date.
Yes. Most embassies provide an online tracking portal where you can monitor your application status using your application reference number.
Processing delays are common, especially during peak seasons. If your travel date is urgent, we recommend applying as early as possible. In some cases, you may be able to request expedited processing.
Visa fees vary by country and visa type. Check our individual country pages for up-to-date fee information. Fees range from about ₦30,000 (South Africa) to over ₦285,000 (USA).
No. Visa application fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome. This is an embassy policy and applies worldwide.
Yes, we charge a service fee for our consultancy work, separate from the embassy application fee. Contact us for our current service rates.
A rejection is not the end. First, review the rejection reason (if provided). Then contact Tbils Visa — we can help you understand the reason and prepare a stronger reapplication.
Common reasons include: insufficient funds, weak ties to Nigeria (no job, family, or property), incomplete documents, inconsistent information, previous visa violations, and applying for the wrong visa type.
This depends on the country and reason for rejection. For most countries, you can reapply immediately if you have new evidence. For the US, there's no mandatory waiting period, but reapplying with the same documents is inadvisable.
