Tbils Visa provides visa consultancy services to Nigerian travellers. We help clients prepare documentation, understand requirements, and submit applications to the relevant embassies. Tbils Visa is not a government body, embassy, or consulate and has no authority to guarantee visa approval.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority. Tbils Visa cannot guarantee that any application will be approved. Our 94% approval rate reflects the outcomes of applications we have processed, but does not constitute a promise or guarantee for any individual application.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Ensuring your passport is valid for the required period
• Paying embassy fees and any other third-party costs
• Informing us promptly of any changes to your personal circumstances

Tbils Visa accepts no liability for applications refused due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Fees and Refunds

Our service fees are clearly communicated before any work begins. Embassy fees paid to government authorities are non-refundable in all circumstances. Our service fee refund policy will be communicated to you during your initial consultation. No refund is payable solely on the grounds of a visa refusal.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tbils Visa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including losses arising from visa refusals, delays, or changes in embassy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and designs, is the property of Tbils Visa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
